WYZGYZ Trademark Official
In January I applied for a trademark on the WYZGYZ name. On May 25 it was published for opposition, and on August 9 it was granted.
The process is fairly simple. The first step is filling out the application online. While filling it out is easy, a lot of people recommend that you have a professional do it because it’s really easy to have your application declined, and screwing it up is bad. I worried for months about whether it was sufficiently different from another company with a similar name in the same industry, and whether my screenshots of my web site were sufficient evidence of interstate commerce. Fortunately, they were, and there was no dispute from anyone after the publication for opposition. So as of August 9, WYZGYZ is a registered trademark for my business in the area of computer hardware and software. See the full registration here:
